We do our best to be sure the Captured Wish you choose is beautifully crafted and the one you selected.

We can only accept refunds or a return if we mistakenly ship the wrong item to you.

If you email us about receiving the wrong product, we will respond within 24 hours with a return authorization. When we receive the wrongly shipped product back, we will issue your credit card used for the original purchase a refund within 24 hours.
